Order and Return Policy

By placing an order, you (the "Purchaser"), are agreeing with the following terms and conditions:

Orders in general

A) Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, with the exception of pre-orders (F) and unless stated differently. The Purchaser cannot demand a refund after those 24 hours. Once canceled, a refund will be sent to the e-mail address the Purchaser used for the payment;

B) Orders are only approved if both the product costs and Shipping and Handling are included in the payment, in unaltered conditions and with the exception of decks with free Shipping and Handling. If this is not the case, the Purchaser will receive an e-mail about how to complete the order;

C) Orders may be subject to additional customs clearance fees. Those fees are added by the country of destination and must be borne by the Purchaser because they are out of our control;

D) Usually, e-mails will only be sent to the Purchaser when their order has been approved and when their order has been shipped out. In case a run gets canceled, the Purchaser will receive an e-mail and a refund instead of a shipping notification.

E) As of the 1st of January 2012, refunds do not include payment service fees. These costs are out of our control.

Pre-orders

F) Pre-orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placement. The Purchaser cannot demand a refund after those 48 hours. Once canceled, a refund will be sent to the e-mail address the Purchaser used for the payment;

G) In worst-case scenarios, manufacturing and shipping could take several months. The progress can be found on the 'Order Now' page and is updated daily. If we do not receive enough pre-orders to have the decks shipped within three months after the order has been placed, the related run(s) will be canceled and refunds will be sent.

Return Policy

G) Only defective products may be returned. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to inspect the order upon delivery. Defective products may only be returned if unused. If you wish to return anything, please send us an e-mail through the Contact form.
